PRE SALES SERVICE
Sinbosen audio has professional service technical team to give our clients suggestion of full sound system.Please tell our sales about your speaker specification, your activity space and Attendance in the show, we will give you best suggestion to set up your stage.
ON SALES SERVICE
After confirm the order, we will make the Commercial Invoice for you.Once received your deposit payment,we will start to make your order.
Normally our lead time is 1-3days. We will show your order productive process, test testing and inspection and package details.
About the shipment, we will help you to find the safe and economic way. After delivery the goods, we will let you know the tracking number.
If any problem on the customs clearance, we will try our best to help you to solve the issue.

Speakers,Line array, Subwoofer — 2 Years warranty （All of drivers of line array or subwoofer warranty is within 3 months after you received goods.）

Necessery small spare parts will be freely provided,free shipping cost.

► Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept merchandise for return.
If you insist on returning the product, it should not affect the possibility of a second sale.
If we have refund agreements, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and all customs duties from your country to China.
The payment will be refunded to you after we receive the items.
